What do YOUR clients want?

It’s that time of year again where we will shortly be sharing our annual LFMC What Clients Want research findings.

You can book your place now to attend our webinar when all will be revealed on Thursday 8th December at 2pm.

I’ll be joined by Bernadette Bennett from Moneypenny, who have kindly sponsored the research and made it possible.

As this is the third year we’ve undertaken the research, we are also able to look at the emerging trends and changes in clients wants, needs and expectations over the years.

The research explores the following areas in depth:

  • Client’s experience of using law firms

  • Emotions at the start and the end of matters

  • Factors influencing how clients select a lawyer/law firm

  • What first impressions law firms are creating

  • How well law firms are delivering to expectations

  • What clients expect when dealing with a law firm

I don’t want to give too much away in advance of the big ‘reveal’ on 8th December, and because we’re still busy analysing and interpreting the findings, but a couple of themes that are emerging are:

  • There is a growth in clients having ‘negative’ emotions at both the start and end of matters.

  • Less than 50% of law firms are making a brilliant or good first impression when clients’ first reach out to them.

  • The generation gap is widening – ‘younger’ clients have different expectations to ‘older’ clients.

  • Different client types (personal or business) have varying requirements.

  • Being able to meet in person ‘tops’ the list of requirements for clients when choosing their lawyer (but not for all age groups or client types).

  • Sustainability and law firms approach to this is starting to feature in client choice.

Plus much more.

A comprehensive report is being produced that provides detailed data and breakdowns plus insights and interpretations from me, inc. suggestions of things that firms should consider doing based on the findings. The full report will be provided to all LFMC members as part of their membership.

If you are not a member of the LFMC you can purchase a copy of the full report for £450 plus VAT (or £350 plus VAT if you order it by 9th December 2022).

Or you could just join the LFMC ... just £1,200 plus VAT and loads of benefits. Get in touch to find out more.

For now, I highly recommend you book your free place to join me at the launch of the What Clients Want Research findings on 8th December at 2pm.

We have three other cracking webinars before then:
