Find Get Grow

For many years, I worked as a marketing director for law firms, leading all aspects of strategic marketing and profile-building. For the last 10 years, I have worked as a freelance consultant, helping firms across the UK strengthen their market position.

From 2026, I do one thing – and I do it exceptionally well.

I specialise exclusively in legal directory submissions and support with all things to do with the directories for Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

Think of me as your go-to legal directory submissions sounding board and expert.

I have worked on more than 2,000 submissions for over 40 law firms, so I know what works, what doesn’t, and where firms often miss opportunities. Making a strong directory submission is an art. You may have excellent lawyers, great work and loyal clients – but do you know how to present that in a way that gives you the best possible chance of being ranked?

I do.

I support law firms in practical, hands-on ways, including:

  • Reviewing previous submissions and identifying clear opportunities to improve structure, content and focus.
  • Running workshops that explain what the directories are really looking for, including do’s and don’ts, common mistakes and practical tips.
  • Working alongside you to shape, refine and strengthen submissions that are clear, persuasive and credible.
  • Helping firms have clear internal processes and guidance.
  • Acting as a sounding board for ’the best’ approach to take given specific objectives.
