As part of their LFMC membership, our law firm members receive a private online workshop. Sessions are typically attended by a Head of Department looking to act more strategically, alongside a Head of Marketing and/or Business Development. The workshop gives firms a structured, practical starting point for shaping their commercial plan.

Each session covers:

• The key elements of successful department growth planning

• How to get started, including research and priorities based on current departmental challenges, such as profitability

• How to link activities, such as BD, to commercial outcomes

• How to make your plan stick - building buy-in within the team, the wider business and with senior leadership
