Being part of the Club has given me greater confidence in the decisions I’m making and reassurance that the challenges I face aren’t unique to me or my firm.

For anyone in legal marketing or BD who is on the fence about joining: join, and join today. I debated it for such a long time, and my only regret is that I didn’t join sooner.

What’s kept me as a member is the collaboration.

There have been times when I’ve been stuck on a challenge or procrastinating over something, and a discussion with the group has helped me move things forward. It’s a relief to know that other people face similar challenges and understand the specific pressures of legal marketing.

My managing partner suggested I look at the Law Firm Marketing Club. I'd looked at It before but wasn't confident I'd get the cost approved, so it was great to have his support to go ahead.

Since joining, I've found the surveys and insights particularly useful. It's fascinating to see how our marketing spend compares with other law firms and to use that as a benchmark.

I'd encourage any marketing or BD professional at a law firm who's on the fence to join. You get access to a network of peers who understand the specific challenges of legal marketing, a sounding board for ideas, and a genuinely useful library of research and resources.

...joining the LFMC was a no brainer for us! The primary value, firm-wise, are the webinars. We now use the LFMC as our main source of marketing and business development training for all staff in the firm. Our lawyers’ time is so valuable, so any marketing and BD training they attend must be worthwhile and relevant. We can trust that they will receive useful information from the LFMC webinars.

Another value of joining the LFMC is the full access to detailed reports, most notably the ‘What Clients Want’ survey. This has been invaluable in providing insights into the latest client feedback on the legal industry...

I’ve really enjoyed being part of the Law Firm Marketing Club. Although I’m a newbie and have only been to two [peer-to-peer collab] sessions so far, everyone has been very friendly. Members seem to genuinely want to share and support each other. I’m pleased to have joined the Club and look forward to attending more of the events next year.

I often describe the LFMC as one of my most valuable networks. In many firms, marketing teams are often small. Having a room of people in the exact same boat as you with similar challenges, stresses and successes is incredibly empowering. A fantastic bunch of people sharing tips, tricks and best practice so we can all do what we do, better. The in-person events are fantastic and there is a wealth of resources available live in webinars and [peer-to-peer] collab calls or accessed remotely in your own time.

Truly a legal marketer’s best friend.

I was introduced to the Law Firm Marketing Club at a time when I was feeling quite isolated in my role. Becoming a member happened at just the right time and gave me the opportunity to become part of a group with others in similar circumstances. The Club resources and webinars are hugely helpful and having the opportunity to seek advice and collaborate with fellow marketers is fantastic!

I would recommend the Club to anyone looking to develop their marketing skills and experience.

As a new member of the Law Firm Marketing Club, I’ve been welcomed by everyone with open arms. Attending the Summit was really refreshing – meeting so many other people in similar roles to my own and being able to share frustrations as well as being able to ‘pick people’s brains’, so so useful!

The ‘What Clients Want’ survey findings and the member resources on the website are brilliant! Definitely worth investment in membership!

The Law Firm Marketing Club is a great way for busy professionals to meet like-minded people facing similar strategic and tactical issues and to keep abreast of developments, opportunities and best practice in legal services marketing.

The Law Firm Marketing Club's webinars provide excellent training and support to the junior members of the team, as well as those who have been in the job for a while and need an update on 'best practice' or new methods of working.
