Sandra Thompson runs a customer experience consultancy called Exceed all Expectations with clients such as Waitrose, Vodafone and Arsenal Football Club. She lectures at a business school in London teaching undergraduate students people management and leadership, customer experience and professional behaviours.

Sandra runs her own Applied Customer Experience and Emotional Intelligence and Customer Experience postgraduate courses too. Sandra published her first academic paper about emotional intelligence and customer memories in 2019, she is the first Goleman Emotional Intelligence Coach in the UK and delivered her first TEDx talk on emotional intelligence, customer experience and remote work in 2020.
