I have a wealth of experience of working within the professional services industry, much of that time advising both mid-size and large heavyweight regional firms on how to increase their market share, manage relationships effectively and provide clients with an exceptional journey.

Whether strategy/budget planning, sales or 'hands-on' is the requirement of the day, my experience covers everything from the creation of the idea through to resource management and delivery of results.

My current role makes full use of my digital experience; creating and implementing digital marketing strategies for our teams, setting the tone of voice, development of our new website, development and roll out of a new intranet as well as measuring our digital footprint.

Key areas of expertise; strategic planning, budget creation and management, key client programmes, business development planning, pipeline management, event management, client feedback, client / customer interaction and client journey monitoring, CRM system management, database creation, bids / tenders and proposals, internal and external communication campaigns, social media and digital marketing, on-line and off-line advertising, sponsorship and exhibitions.
